Investing is a Lonely Journey

 Investing is a lonely journey.

Your friends and family may not understand why you arent spending more or giving more to the family elders. (lavish wedding, more money for parents to spend)

Your peers may have differing views in some ethical nature (carmakers, landlords)

If you succeed and your peers dont, you cannot share with too much zeal as they may had their fingers burnt recently.

I would love to have more successful peers around me so I can glimpse into their thinking and how they invest, methodology etc.

The best scenario is everyone wins, and everyone bask in the glory and riches.
